GUIDELINES

FOR THE

 HAGANS-PERRY FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP

1. This scholarship is only available to high school seniors who are planning to enter college in the year of application.

2. This scholarship will be awarded only once per applicant.

3. The applicant must be a member of the Hagans- Perry Family.

4. The dues of the applicant/parents must be current.

5. All applicants must present proof of enrollment/college acceptance before funds will be disbursed.

6. All applications must be completed and postmarked by the given deadline.

7. An application will not be opened if it is not postmarked by the given deadline.

8. All checks will be written to the applicants.

9. The amount of this scholarship will depend on the number of applicants and the availability of funds.
